There are two physical arts that are trained in the INOMANTI curriculum:


KALI - Is a word formed from two words the first, Kamut, the second Lihok, combining these words brings the meaning of "Body Motion". We use martial arts primarily for self awareness, yes self-defense physical prowess and environmental awareness are a part of the training, however the most benefit people will get from martial arts is self awareness.


YOGA - Is a word taken from sanskrit, this word means "to yoke", "to join" or "union".


The art that we teach is a combination of these two called "Kali-Yoga" (to join body motion), this is a very gentle and powerful way to train and become strong, balanced, coordinated, and reconnected again.
